Reddit Community Moderator - Online Education (Contract)

Overview

Monitor and engage with Reddit communities related to online education, providing helpful responses that may naturally highlight Study.com where relevant. This is a remote contract role requiring consistent daily engagement.

What you'll do

• Monitor relevant subreddits for brand and product discussions.
• Respond to discussions with helpful, informative content.
• Build a credible presence through consistent engagement.
• Identify education topics, questions, and pain points.
• Track and respond to Reddit brand mentions and comments.
• Flag negative sentiment, misinformation, and competitor mentions.
• Submit daily activity logs and weekly performance summaries.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of Reddit engagement or community engagement experience.
• Deep familiarity with subreddit cultures, norms, etiquette, and moderation practices.
• Strong conversational writing skills.
• Understanding of community engagement, brand visibility, and AEO.
• Ability to work independently and maintain long-term engagement.
• Availability for 2 hours daily between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM PST.
