Insurance Sales Executive

About the role

We’re hiring Insurance Sales Executives for Star Health & Allied Insurance for a remote, pan-India opportunity. In this role, you’ll speak with prospective customers, explain health insurance products clearly, and help convert interest into successful policy sales.

What you'll do

• Reach out to prospective customers and introduce health insurance products
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling and outreach efforts
• Follow up with interested customers and answer product-related questions
• Support the sales process from first contact through policy closure
• Maintain customer interactions and lead status in a simple CRM or tracker

What we're looking for

• Freshers or experienced candidates with a sales-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
• Comfort with a commission-based work model and performance-linked earnings
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage follow-ups consistently

Nice to have

• Prior experience in insurance sales
• Familiarity with lead conversion or telesales
