Overview

Commercial Field Sales (Data Captain) role at Instawork focused on onboarding commercial businesses onto a data collection platform, managing Field Officers, and maximizing weekly recording hours.

What you'll do

• Identify, pitch, and onboard commercial businesses for egocentric video data collection.
• Ensure weekly hours targets are met across onboarded businesses to reach slab bonuses.
• Manage Field Officers stationed at business locations to supervise recording and device-hours logging.
• Coordinate device allocation with the office so devices reach the right locations.
• Maintain the business pipeline in a tracking sheet (Commercial Conversion Responses).
• Visit 8–10 commercial businesses daily to deliver the onboarding pitch and handle objections.

What you'll need

• Strong communication and persuasion skills for daily selling to business owners.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of Field Officers remotely.
• Comfort with walking into businesses cold and delivering a pitch.
• Basic smartphone and app proficiency.
• Good knowledge of Bengaluru areas.
• Own smartphone required; two-wheeler preferred.

Details

• Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
• Compensation includes a base salary of ₹25,000/month plus weekly slab bonuses.
• Bonus incentives can reach up to ₹1,00,000 per week (stated).
