Overview

Property Data Specialist (India) for a remote team, helping build an understanding of residential properties by extracting, validating, and recording property features.

What you'll do

• Examine property documents to identify key property information.
• Validate key information online and add relevant details when possible.
• Accurately and consistently add property information to the property record.
• Manage caseloads and priorities to complete time-sensitive tasks quickly.
• Coordinate with colleagues for necessary support in property data work.
• Meet metrics for the given position and handle additional assigned tasks.

What you'll need

• Strong English reading and writing skills.
• Solid ability to find information on the internet.
• Great attention to detail with close to zero errors.
• Solid written and spoken communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Reliable internet connection with at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Proven experience working with US based business teams.
