Associate Fraud & Claims Operations Representative

Overview

Associate Fraud & Claims Operations Representative supporting and managing customer claims in a call center environment.

What you'll do

• Support and capture pertinent information from customers about their claims.
• Research and provide updates on the status of new and existing claims.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience after researching complex account activity and take appropriate actions to handle claims.
• Perform routine customer support tasks while balancing customer service with investigative research.
• Answer incoming calls in a call center environment.
• Receive direction from a team lead and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles.

What you'll need

• 6+ months of customer service support experience or equivalent via work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to learn and apply new information.
• Able to multi-task and interpret documents or requests received.
• Excellent data entry skills and good math/accounts skills.
• Ability to recognize and escalate discrepancies while processing claims.
