Overview
Psychologist to support educational and career counselling for students and parents through sessions, psychometric assessments, reports, and school-based guidance programs in Mumbai.
What you'll do
- Conduct one-on-one career counselling sessions for students and provide guidance based on goals and abilities.
- Run counselling sessions with students and parents addressing academic and career concerns.
- Administer and support interpretation of psychometric, aptitude, personality, interest, and career assessment tools.
- Prepare counselling and assessment reports and communicate findings to students and parents.
- Deliver counselling programs, seminars, workshops, webinars, and student awareness sessions in schools and colleges.
- Maintain confidentiality, counselling records, assessment reports, and session trackers; provide follow-up guidance.
- Escalate or refer cases requiring additional support when necessary.
What you'll need
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Applied Psychology, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in career counselling, educational psychology, student counselling, or psychometric assessment is preferred.
- Strong interest and understanding of educational psychology and career counselling.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for students, parents, educators, and school representatives.
- Good understanding of psychological and career assessment tools.
- Strong counselling, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Details
- Location: Mumbai (Hybrid).
- Working days: Monday to Saturday.
- Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- Program duration: 6 months (Full-Time Program).
- Completion benefit: ₹1,00,000 payable upon successful completion of mandatory tenure.
- Travel: willing to travel to schools and educational institutions across Mumbai whenever required.
