Python Ansible Developer

Overview

Python Ansible Developer to build automation frameworks and develop/consume REST APIs for enterprise applications.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and automation frameworks.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and external systems.
• Create and manage Ansible playbooks, roles, and automation workflows.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks using scripting to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Development teams to streamline deployments.
• Troubleshoot automation, integration, and application performance issues.

What you'll need

• 7 to 12 years of experience.
• Strong Python programming experience.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible automation.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Knowledge of API authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT, API Keys, Basic Auth).
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Linux/Unix and shell scripting.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes and experience with Terraform/IaC.
• Familiarity with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, monitoring tools (Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
