Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Django-based web applications, REST APIs, and backend components.
• Write clean, testable Python code and optimize performance for database queries and service responses.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate JavaScript functionality and enhance user-facing experiences.
• Design, implement, and maintain application features from specification through deployment.
• Build and run automated tests, troubleshoot issues, and support production systems with monitoring and debugging.
• Document technical decisions, follow engineering best practices, and support code reviews.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development workflows and coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python development.
• Salem Candidates are Preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Django (models, views, migrations, and best practices).
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and integrating backend APIs with frontend logic.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and understanding of HTTP concepts.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational database concepts.
• Understanding of testing practices (unit/integration) and debugging methodologies.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
