Q2C Specialist

Overview

Operational finance specialist role within an integrated finance function, handling end-to-end job management, billing and cash allocation activities, reporting to the Q2C Tower Lead.

What you'll do

• Apply knowledge of the Group Quote to Cash policy.
• Handle end-to-end Job Management, Billing and Cash allocation process.
• Liaise with Stakeholder Management and collaborate with the team and internal stakeholders.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure processes are performed in accordance with performance and quality standards.

What you'll need

• Degree in Management, Accounting or Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Strong background in management of a finance operations or reporting environment.
• Sound knowledge of MS Word, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience of handling a team.
• Validated ability to efficiently follow policies and procedures.
• Experience working in large teams and working with transformation and change programmes.
• Willingness to work flexibly across geographic time zones during peak periods such as period end.
• Knowledge of key business process technologies, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Self-disciplined, able to work independently and under stress and pressure, target and result driven.
• Proficiency in English.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a senior accountant or equivalent role.
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience with job accounting and familiarity with the straight-line revenue recognition method at Kantar.

Nice to have

• Experience working within a GBS environment.
• Additional language skills.
