QA Analyst

Overview

QA Analyst role focused on defining and executing quality assurance processes, standards, and specifications, including service quality assessments and reporting.

What you'll do

• Determine and agree internal quality procedures, service standards, and specifications to improve performance and quality objectives.
• Identify industry trends to implement best practices in quality assurance.
• Develop and govern internal quality assurance procedures, standards, and specifications.
• Execute service quality assessments to monitor quality objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to quality assurance processes.
• Analyze Client/KYC data and documentation to verify policy and regulatory requirements are met.
• Autonomously review KYC files, identify gaps, and document review rationale and conclusions.

What you'll need

• In-depth knowledge of Know Your Customer (KYC) and financial crime regulations.
• Proven professional experience in financial services, with understanding of corporate banking business and clients.
• Experience in roles linked to anti money laundering processes and controls in Financial Crime, Operations, Internal Control, or Assurance.
• Strong analytic skills with attention to detail and critical sense.
• Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation affecting Barclays and clients, including data protection and money laundering/confidentiality regulations.
• Communication skills to articulate ideas and issues clearly in plain and concise language.
