Overview

Brand Manager for Derma at Dr Reddy's Laboratories, responsible for end-to-end brand and marketing strategy execution for product promotions and digital campaigns.

What you'll do

• Develop marketing and brand strategies including market share and prescription objectives, brand plans, and omnichannel promotion tailored to target audiences.
• Plan and execute product promotional activities and manage marketing campaigns with creative agencies.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness, conduct root cause analysis for non-compliance with KPIs, and adjust strategies based on feedback.
• Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders by building relationships, planning scientific events, and sharing brand insights.
• Oversee marketing compliance with organizational policies and regional regulations while optimizing processes.
• Use digital marketing strategies (SEO, e-commerce platforms, social media) to impact the consumer funnel and drive conversions.
• Analyze customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends to forecast opportunities and refine strategies.

What you'll need

• Post-graduation in sales/marketing.
• 1-3 years overall experience in a product management role.
• Residency skills include business acumen and data analysis for marketing decisions.
• Knowledge/experience in regulatory requirements and compliance (medical regulation exposure preferred).
• Exposure to product/brand management in the pharma sector or as a freelance brand specialist.
• Graduation in science is preferred.
• Experience and exposure to digital marketing and hospital accounts/channel marketing is desired.
