QA Automation Engineer

Overview

Codework is hiring a QA Automation Engineer to design, develop and execute automated test scripts that ensure the quality and reliability of its software products.

What you'll do

• Design, develop and execute automated test scripts for software products.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers and other stakeholders to identify test requirements.
• Develop comprehensive testing strategies that enhance product performance and user experience.
• Use automation technologies to streamline testing processes and accelerate project delivery.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer or similar role in software testing.
• Hands-on experience in C# and OOP concepts.
• Hands-on experience in developing test automation frameworks (e.g., Page Object Model (POM), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), Data-Driven Frameworks, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in developing and automating REST API test scripts.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and Appium automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation.
• Hands-on experience with automation testing tools and frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
