QA/ Devops Automation Engineer (Cyber Security) - Tech Lead

Overview

A Tech Lead role in QA and DevOps automation within the Cyber Security function, combining test automation, CI/CD pipeline ownership and DevSecOps practices.

What you'll do

• Enable seamless integration of testing within CI/CD pipelines.
• Create, maintain and schedule Jenkins pipelines, integrated with automated testing frameworks.
• Develop and maintain automated deployment, testing and reporting pipelines supporting Agile and DevSecOps practices.
• Integrate automated functional, API, regression and performance testing into enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement test reporting dashboards, quality gates and automated release readiness checks within CI/CD environments.
• Apply process automation and workflow optimization to reduce manual effort and improve software delivery efficiency.
• Apply DevSecOps practices, including automated validation, security scanning integration and shift-left testing approaches.
• Use scripting in Python, PowerShell or Shell for automation and operational activities.

What you'll need

• Experience working as a DevOps developer with a strong QA automation background.
• 4 to 8 years of experience in QA or DevOps.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD implementation and automation using Jenkins.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Harness, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or similar platforms for continuous integration and continuous delivery.
• Hands-on experience in process automation and workflow optimization.
• Hands-on experience in any test automation tool.
• Hands-on experience in using AI capabilities to generate test cases and automation test scripts.
• Expertise in API automation.
• Understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle and processes.
• Good understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and cloud-native application testing.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices.
• Strong scripting experience using Python, PowerShell or Shell scripting.
• Must-have: QA automation; AI-driven test automation (Copilot, GenAI tools); any automation tool; API automation; DevOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation; Jenkins and Harness; process automation; GitHub and source control management; Agile/DevSecOps methodologies; cloud application testing (AWS/Azure); JIRA and test management tools.
