QA Automation Engineer (Playwrigh & Appium )

Overview

QA Automation Engineer responsible for building and maintaining automated tests for web and mobile applications using Playwright and Appium.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain automation frameworks for web and mobile applications.
• Develop automated tests with Playwright and Appium.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and cross-browser/device testing.
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform API testing and automation.
• Analyze test failures, logs, and defects to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with development, product, business analysis, and QA teams.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience in QA automation, SDET, or software testing.
• Hands-on experience with Appium for mobile automation.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for web/UI automation.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Python.
• Experience testing Android and iOS applications.
• Experience with API testing, Git, and CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, defect lifecycles, and testing methodologies.
