Software Engineer In Test - Java/Kotlin

Overview

Senior Software Engineer in Test responsible for end-to-end test automation across CRM, contact center, AI, service operations, e-commerce, and ERP initiatives. The role supports automation from development through technical go-live in an Agile environment.

What you'll do

• Enhance test automation frameworks for scalability, modularity, maintainability, and cross-platform compatibility.
• Develop and maintain reusable automation scripts for UI, API, database, and potentially mobile or desktop applications.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing.
• Execute automated tests, analyze failures, and troubleshoot root causes.
• Collaborate with QA, development, DevOps, and product teams on testing objectives.
• Mentor junior team members and review automation code.
• Document tests and maintain coverage and automation status in tracking tools.

What you'll need

• Hands-on experience with Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, Python, .NET, ReactJs, or Next.js.
• Experience building test frameworks and applications using Git.
• Experience with API automation testing, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Docker and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar, cloud solutions, Robot Framework, and Selenium Grid.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience testing e-commerce order fulfillment with SAP Commerce and SAP ECC SD/MM.
• Experience with Grafana, Report Portal, or similar reporting tools.
