QA Engineer

Overview

Konrad is hiring full-time Quality Assurance Engineers to communicate with clients and Project Managers, determine project needs, create test case scenario documents, and perform rigorous testing to support overall project success.

What you'll do

• Perform regular quality checks and user acceptance tests for several projects on supported devices, operating systems and browsers.
• Document issues with details for the development team to support debugging.
• Assist the development team and management with other project-related tasks.
• Verify bug fixes once an issue has been resolved.
• Review supported devices and browsers for the platform to maintain consistency.

What you'll need

• One of the following degrees, or similar: B.Tech Computer Application, B.Tech Computer Science, BE, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Bachelor's of Technology, or Computer Science and Engineering.
• Testing knowledge or related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with project collaboration and bug tracking tools such as JIRA.
• Knowledge of Windows, OS X, iOS and Android operating systems.
• Comfort using various tablets and cellular devices.
• Close attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Technical degree/background is an asset.
