QA Engineer – Salesforce & Enterprise Applications

Overview

QA Engineer role focused on quality assurance for Salesforce and integrated enterprise applications.

What you'll do

• Review user stories, business requirements, solution designs, and acceptance criteria for testability.
• Develop and maintain test plans, scenarios, cases, test data, and execution documentation.
• Execute functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, and negative testing for Salesforce and related systems.
• Build and maintain automated test cases using Copado Robotic Testing with reusable regression automation.
• Test Salesforce business processes, Flows, validation rules, objects, fields, permissions, profiles, and configuration.
• Test integrations and perform data migration/validation testing, including mapping and exception handling.
• Identify, document, and track defects; participate in Agile ceremonies and provide QA estimates and status.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years experience as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer.
• 3+ years testing Salesforce on Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• 2+ years with Salesforce, Copado, or related QA/test automation certifications.
• 2+ years performing functional/integration/end-to-end/regression/negative testing.
• 2+ years test automation experience, preferably Copado Robotic Testing or similar tools.

Details

• Location: Bengaluru, India.
• Employment: initial one-year contract.
• Work schedule: second shift with Mon–Fri, 12.30 PM IST–9.30 PM IST; may require flexible hours with reasonable notice.
