Overview
QA Supervisor / Quality Team Leader for US criminal verifications (public records), leading a team that audits background screening and research transactions.
What you'll do
- Ensure 100% audit coverage across criminal verification transactions in scope.
- Drive 100% feedback delivery and closure within the defined TAT.
- Maintain auditable records including audit logs, error trackers, and feedback registers with traceability.
- Own weekly calibration sessions to standardize court interpretation and reportability decisions.
- Manage/certify quality coaches and auditors through one-on-ones, reviews, and calibration results.
- Verify correct interpretation of US court dockets, charges, dispositions, and identifier matching logic.
- Publish and analyze quality dashboards and report coverage, accuracy, and defect/closure metrics.
What you'll need
- Minimum 18 months of experience as a Quality Coach (on paper).
- Total experience of 3–6 years in BGV / KPO / Quality Assurance.
- Hands-on experience in US criminal / public records background verification is mandatory.
- Prior experience in quality auditing of criminal verification transactions.
- Strong understanding of US legal terminology, court hierarchy, and court documentation.
- Strong working knowledge of US court websites, court structures, and public record systems.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for pivots, lookups, and dashboards.
