Quality Engineer

Overview

As a Quality Engineer, you will design and implement testing strategies across the application lifecycle, integrating components and ecosystems to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality outcomes.

What you'll do

• Perform continuous testing for security, API and regression suites.
• Create automation strategies, develop automated scripts and support data and environment configuration.
• Participate in code reviews, monitor and report defects to support continuous improvement of the end-to-end testing process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing objectives with project goals.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of testing processes and outcomes.
• Assist in mentoring junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribute to team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium.
• Must have: proficiency in Selenium.
• Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and tools related to Selenium.
• Experience designing and implementing test automation strategies for complex applications.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues within automated test scripts and testing environments.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance best practices.
• 15 years full time education.
