Quality Engineering Lead

Overview

Lead a team of quality engineers across multi-disciplinary planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Be an SME, collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Be responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Develop and oversee end-to-end testing strategies using quality processes and methodologies.
• Define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality objectives.

What you'll need

• Must have: Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA.
• 15 years full time education.
• Strong expertise in quality engineering principles and testing methodologies.
• Experience in developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies.
• Ability to define and track key quality metrics to monitor test execution and defect management.
• Skilled in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with application lifecycle management and ecosystem integration.
