Quality Engineering Lead

Overview

Lead a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary planning and ecosystem integration, developing end-to-end testing strategies and managing key quality metrics across the application lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Act as SME, collaborate with and manage the team, and take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions to problems for the immediate team and across teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure consistent delivery standards.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Monitor project progress and quality metrics to identify risks and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and facilitating their professional growth.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Tools Administration.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Tools Administration.
• Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and software testing methodologies.
• Experience in developing and executing comprehensive test plans and strategies.
• Ability to analyze and interpret quality metrics to drive process improvements.
• Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.
• 15 years full-time education.
