Quantitative Trader / Developer for Capital Markets covering trading, hedging, and market-making strategies across stablecoin and FX.

What you'll do

• Develop, maintain, and improve trading and hedging strategies from idea to live execution.
• Own reliability, observability, and operational performance of the live trading environment.
• Monitor systems in real time and act as primary responder to production issues.
• Build internal tools, dashboards, alerts, and automation for live trading operations.
• Create tools to research market microstructure and turn analysis into an edge.
• Deliver full-cycle trading development: research, coding, testing, and deployment into production.

What you'll need

• Comfort writing production code and owning a trading decision with its P&L on the same strategy.
• Skills in probabilistic thinking and mathematical reasoning for rapidly changing markets.
• 3+ years solving hard problems through code with real metrics and impact.
• Strong development skills in Python and/or C++.
• Real experience in market making, prop trading, or a trading-adjacent quant role.
• Reliable availability around scheduled market-moving events and extreme attention to detail.
