RBIN – Sr Engineer, Front Line Manager, Manufacturing, NaP/MFN2

Overview

Supervise shift operations across manufacturing value streams, manage shop-floor associates, and ensure safety, quality, and operational performance targets are met.

What you'll do

• Supervise shift operations for value stream/sub-value streams and steer primary production to meet SQCD targets.
• Organize production setup per production schedule and assign tasks to shop-floor associates.
• Conduct and document checks (including LPC) for safety, quality, and shop-floor standards.
• Track production performance and efficiency KPIs (e.g., OEE, FPY, scrap, tool life).
• Run daily meetings with associates and cross-functional teams to communicate shift/SQCD topics and goals.
• Engage in employee and industrial relations by addressing concerns and escalating issues appropriately.
• Coach and train associates, and support continuous improvement and deviation management activities.

What you'll need

• Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
• Minimum 1-3 years of demonstrated experience in manufacturing operations or production environments.
• Proven proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and SAP ERP systems.
• Advanced knowledge of work safety, environment & health practices and regulations.
• Advanced knowledge of production management, manufacturing processes, and measurement techniques.
• Advanced communication, conflict management, and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced IT tools: SAP, MES, MAS, and MS Office.
