Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and route them to the appropriate departments or personnel
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring it is well-stocked and presentable at all times
- Provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling basic data entry tasks
- Assist with various office management duties, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and coordinating with vendors
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow
- Exhibit strong communication abilities to interact with clients, colleagues, and management effectively
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, even in challenging situations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1-4 years of experience in a front desk reception or similar administrative role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, for various office tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clientele and colleagues
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities efficiently
- Proven experience in office management and administrative support
- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times
