We are seeking a skilled and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming impression for our clients and visitors. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be essential in this full-time, on-site position.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome all visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and route them to the appropriate departments or personnel
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring it is well-stocked and presentable at all times
  • Provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling basic data entry tasks
  • Assist with various office management duties, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and coordinating with vendors
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow
  • Exhibit strong communication abilities to interact with clients, colleagues, and management effectively
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, even in challenging situations

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-4 years of experience in a front desk reception or similar administrative role
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, for various office tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clientele and colleagues
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities efficiently
  • Proven experience in office management and administrative support
  • Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times
  • Keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
