Reconciliation Analyst 1

Overview

Performs complex reconciliation and exception management assignments across General Ledger, Assets, Cash and Securities, with direct impact on the quality of tasks and services provided.

What you'll do

• Responsible for reconciliation and exception management across areas such as General Ledger, Assets, Cash and Securities.
• Perform complex and varied reconciliation assignments, including interbank reconciliations and collation of proofs.
• Work under limited supervision and mentor junior specialists.
• Support an expansive array of products/services.
• Resolve basic to moderately complex problems based on practice and precedent.
• Recommend new options to enhance productivity in accordance with guidelines.
• Assess risk when business decisions are made, driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

What you'll need

• Well versed with TLM reconciliation platform.
• Prior experience within settlements or transaction management (preferably of UK & US settlements).
• 2-5 years prior experience in Recon / Custody.
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Transaction life cycle.
