Record to Report Ops Specialist

Overview

Accenture Finance Operations role supporting record-to-report processes by collecting operational data reports, performing analysis, and reconciling transactions, with a focus on international accounting and financial reporting standards.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports to help determine financial outcomes.
• Conduct analysis and reconcile transactions.
• Analyze and solve moderately complex problems.
• Create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.
• Apply understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
• Interact with your direct supervisor, and may interact with peers and/or management at a client or within Accenture.
• Receive guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments.
• Make decisions that often impact the team in which you reside.
• Manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.

What you'll need

• BCom or Chartered Accountant qualification.
• 7 to 11 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Accounting & Financial Reporting Standards (P3).
• SAP Accounting for Insurance Contracts (IFRS17) (P2).
