About the role

We're looking for an energetic Bench Sales Recruiter to join our US IT Staffing team and market talented consultants across the US market. This is a perfect entry-level role for freshers or early-career professionals who are passionate about sales and want to build a career in the dynamic staffing industry. You'll work with consultants across different visa statuses and connect them with top-tier clients and vendors.

What you'll do

• Market bench consultants (H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC, OPT, CPT) to implementation partners, direct clients, and vendors across the US
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants through regular communication and support
• Submit consultants to relevant job requirements on Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Job Diva, and similar platforms
• Negotiate contract rates and terms with vendors and clients to maximize placements and revenue
• Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, and placements in the ATS/CRM system
• Track and report daily/weekly activities and pipeline progress to your team lead or manager

What we're looking for

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion abilities with a genuine passion for sales
• Willingness to work US EST night shift (required)
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Entry-level or fresher status welcome; eagerness to learn and grow in staffing

Nice to have

• Knowledge of US work visas (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD) and visa sponsorship processes
• Prior experience with job boards or recruitment platforms
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools
