Votiko Solutions Private Limited is expanding its Amazon DSP Operations Team and is looking for experienced professionals with hands-on Amazon DSP Hiring & Onboarding experience.

🌙 US Night Shift

📅 6 Days a Week

💰 Salary: Starting from ₹25,000/month (Best compensation for the right candidate)

💸 Monthly Performance Incentives: Up to ₹20,000

Key Responsibilities

✅ Driver applicant screening & calling

✅ Interview scheduling with Amazon DSP clients

✅ Candidate follow-ups & onboarding coordination

✅ Amazon Portal onboarding

✅ Background Checks & Drug Tests

✅ ADP onboarding

✅ I-9 & E-Verify processing

✅ ATS, Google Sheets, LinqOps & internal system updates

✅ Candidate record management & client coordination

Eligibility

✔ Minimum 6 months of hands-on Amazon DSP Hiring & Onboarding experience

✔ Experience with Amazon Portal, ATS, ADP, I-9 & E-Verify

✔ Knowledge of Background Check & Drug Test processes

✔ Good English communication skills

✔ Ability to work independently from home
