Regional Procurement Lead

Overview

Lead the Supply Chain Management & Procurement function for the region, delivering strategic outsourcing initiatives, cost optimization programs and vendor management excellence across Integrated Facility Management.

What you'll do

• Provide strategic SCMP direction across functional areas and programs, driving strategic outsourcing initiatives and vendor management excellence across multiple Integrated Facility Management disciplines.
• Develop and present a formal regional procurement strategy aligned with global initiatives and mandates, ensuring integration with corporate procurement frameworks and client-specific requirements.
• Lead the development and execution of vendor management strategies, identifying, sourcing and securing optimal resources based on defined business requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee RFP processes and execution, and design and deliver communication and training programs for stakeholders.
• Serve as a strategic partner to clients, anticipating needs, maintaining regular communication and ensuring procurement solutions align with and exceed client expectations.
• Achieve agreed-upon savings targets, implement tracking mechanisms, and develop savings validation methodologies with transparent, data-driven reporting to clients and senior leadership.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with clients, account management teams and corporate procurement functions.
• Drive supplier communication, market evaluation exercises, and supplier management and governance protocols.
• Identify and capture cost reduction opportunities through annual savings programs, and maximize total buying power through category management and cross-functional consolidation.
• Lead continuous improvement programs with key suppliers and major buying groups, and design innovative processes and technology solutions where appropriate.
• Develop understanding of supply market dynamics, cultivate a supply base that supports business goals, and influence supply markets to access best-in-class suppliers.
• Lead deployment of best practice procurement strategies across the account team for operational expenditures and capital works programs.
• Foster a continuous learning culture and high-performance environment within the procurement team, including training and coaching.
