Overview

Global Procurement Source to Contract Process Manager role at 3M, designing and improving end-to-end procurement processes across global, regional and local environments.

What you'll do

• Design, standardize and deploy efficient end-to-end procurement workflows across global, regional and local environments.
• Identify process gaps, improve efficiencies and implement best practices that enhance procurement performance and drive cost reduction and value maximization.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using analytics, benchmarking and industry insights to measure effectiveness and support informed decision-making.
• Partner with business stakeholders, suppliers, IT teams and regional teams to ensure procurement processes and systems deliver enterprise-wide value.
• Develop procurement requirements for systems, tools and applications that enable global procurement operations.
• Create process documentation, training materials and adoption programs to support successful implementation and sustainable change.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or higher, completed and verified prior to start.
• Over 8 years of experience in procurement operations, process optimization and global procurement environments.
• Proven experience in strategic thinking, global procurement process design, process management and driving initiatives aligned with strategic goals.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across global teams, influence stakeholders and drive change adoption.

• Work location: Hebbal, Bangalore (Karnataka), Hybrid mode.
• Support EMEA and USAC teams across time zones when required.
