Your Three Main Objectives Revenue Leadership:

• Drive aggressive B2B sales growth and consistently exceed targets.
• Market Expansion: Acquire high value enterprise accounts and expand regional penetration.
• Relationship Depth: Build strategic, long term partnerships that increase retention and lifetime value.

The Toolkit (What you’ll own)

Enterprise Acquisition: New Business Development Identify, approach, and close new B2B accounts to drive revenue growth.

Relationship Management: Retention &Account Expansion Build strong client relationships and increase wallet share through continuous engagement.

Sales Execution: End-to-End Deal Ownership Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure while maintaining CRM discipline and performance tracking.

Speak South Languages: Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam

The Enterprise Hunter: Proven track record in B2B or enterprise sales with consistent target achievement.
