Reporting Specialists (Global)

Overview

Reporting Specialist role supporting global teams with timely, accurate financial reporting and insight, working with finance, commercial, supply chain, shared services and external providers.

What you'll do

• Prepare and deliver monthly management reporting for assigned entities, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, investigate variances and work with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Produce clear financial analysis and concise management commentary to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with shared service centres and external providers to monitor delivery and improve controls.
• Support reporting automation and process improvement initiatives, including updates to ERP and reporting tools.
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and support preparations for internal and external reviews.

What you'll need

• Degree in accounting, finance, commerce or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in financial reporting, management reporting or accounting.
• Strong working knowledge of month-end close processes and financial controls.
• Practical experience with SAP or a similar ERP and strong Excel skills.
• Proven ability to prepare reconciliations, variance analysis and management commentary.

Nice to have

• Experience working with shared service providers or managing third-party delivery partners.
• Familiarity with internal control frameworks and audit support experience.
• Exposure to intercompany accounting, tax or supply chain finance processes.
• Hands-on experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau or SQL.
• Experience contributing to finance transformation or ERP migration projects.
• Prior experience preparing reports for senior stakeholders or cross-border teams.
