Reporting Specialists (Global)

Overview

Deliver timely, accurate global management reporting and clear financial insights that help leaders make better decisions, partnering with finance, commercial, supply chain, shared services and external providers.

What you'll do

• Prepare and deliver monthly global management reporting for assigned entities, ensuring accuracy and on-time submission.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, investigate variances and work with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
• Produce concise financial analysis and clear management commentary to support business reviews and leadership decisions.
• Coordinate with shared service centres and external providers to monitor delivery, improve controls and resolve gaps.
• Support reporting automation and process improvements, including updates to ERP, dashboards and reporting tools.
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and assist with materials for internal and external reviews.

What you'll need

• Degree in accounting, finance, commerce or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 to 5 years' experience in financial reporting, management reporting or accounting.
• Strong working knowledge of month-end close processes and financial controls.
• Practical experience with SAP or a similar ERP system and strong Excel skills.
• Proven ability to prepare reconciliations, variance analysis and clear management commentary.

Nice to have

• Experience working with shared service providers or managing third-party delivery partners.
• Familiarity with internal control frameworks and supporting audits.
• Exposure to intercompany accounting, tax or supply chain finance processes.
• Hands-on experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau or SQL.
• Experience contributing to finance transformation or ERP migration projects.
• Prior experience preparing reports for senior stakeholders or cross-border teams.
