Representative Human Resources

Overview

Representative, Human Resources role at Concentrix supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, coordination, and candidate experience.

What you'll do

• Source and screen candidates through job portals and other channels
• Conduct initial HR screenings and schedule interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
• Support offer rollout and onboarding activities
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

What you'll need

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (2025/2026 pass-outs)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and hiring lifecycles
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Good analytical and coordination skills
