Overview
Lead AI/ML and computer vision research projects for visual inspection, anomaly detection, prognostics, diagnostics, and modelling solutions.
What you'll do
- Develop advanced AI/ML and computer vision algorithms and methodologies for process and product innovation.
- Analyze large datasets to find patterns and insights for diagnostics, visual inspection, and prognostics.
- Design and optimize AIML and computer vision models, including CNNs and generative models.
- Design and run experiments to evaluate the efficacy and reliability of AIML-based solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AIML solutions into existing systems.
- Build prototypes and deliver solutions that address real-world industrial problems.
What you'll need
- PhD from a premier Indian institution (IISc, IITs) with 0-2 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s from IISc/IITs with 5+ years of relevant experience in AIML or related fields.
- Hands-on knowledge of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and computer vision, including image processing, object detection, segmentation, and deep learning architectures (CNNs, Vision Transformers).
- Experience applying AIML and computer vision to industrial visual inspection, image classification, or real-time object detection.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, and related AIML/computer vision libraries.
- Data analysis experience using pandas and NumPy, plus familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies.
- Track record of peer-reviewed publications in AIML/computer vision or related fields.
