Data Scientist – Analytics

Overview

Data Scientist – Analytics role focused on applying algorithms, analyzing complex datasets, and supporting data science initiatives to generate business value.

What you'll do

• Assist in developing and implementing data science algorithms for strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior data scientists and cross-functional teams to design and execute A/B tests.
• Use Python and Jupyter notebooks to preprocess and analyse large datasets and identify trends.
• Optimise marketing campaigns and business processes using data-driven approaches.
• Support presenting findings and insights to internal stakeholders.
• Continuously learn to enhance data science capabilities and contribute to team growth.

What you'll need

• Have 3 to 10 years of experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience using Jupyter notebooks for data analysis and visualization.
• Familiarity with GCP services including BigQuery, Google Cloud Functions, and Vertex AI.
• Understand machine learning techniques (supervised/unsupervised, classification, regression) for data activation solutions.
• Proficiency with data manipulation and cleaning using Pandas and NumPy.
• Good communication skills to articulate findings and support presenting insights.

• Hybrid approach with teams in the office around four days a week.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.
