Overview
Vice President AI Enablement Lead for Research Technology Management (RTM) in Global Research, supporting Asia-Pacific and Japan. Owns end-to-end enablement of generative AI use cases across research workflows, including governance, deployment, adoption, and ongoing support.
What you'll do
- Drive the complete AI enablement lifecycle from use-case identification through development, evaluation, deployment, adoption, measurement, and support.
- Develop regional solutions spanning AI tools and platforms, including prompts, workflows, and prototypes for specific research needs.
- Translate Research business needs into functional and technical requirements and assess feasibility, value, risk, and scalability.
- Build and execute a transparent regional AI enablement roadmap with a prioritization framework and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure governance, risk, compliance, approvals, documentation, auditability, and human-review considerations are embedded from inception.
- Coordinate with technology, data, modeling, and analytics teams to design and implement supported AI assets.
- Collect and analyze usage data to monitor adoption patterns and improve utilization and user experience.
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in financial services.
- Minimum 2–3 years of practical experience with generative AI and/or large language models and prompt engineering.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment research workflows.
- Academic background in finance, economics, business, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on Python capabilities.
- Ability to design, develop, test, and improve prompts and AI-enabled workflows.
- Demonstrated project and/or product management experience.
