Overview

Responsible AI Engineer responsible for evaluating AI systems against ethical, responsible, and sustainability benchmarks and implementing mitigation strategies. The role involves leading responsible AI activities and supporting teams across projects.

What you'll do

• Assess AI systems against responsible AI thresholds and benchmarks.
• Design and implement mitigation strategies for ethical and responsible AI risks.
• Lead mitigation strategy development and execution.
• Identify AI system vulnerabilities through adversarial testing.
• Collaborate with multiple teams on responsible AI decisions.
• Share responsible AI knowledge and best practices across project teams.
• Guide junior team members and support collaborative learning.

What you'll need

• At least 7.5 years of experience in Red Teaming.
• Expertise in Red Teaming.
• Expertise in Responsible AI.
• Experience with adversarial testing and AI risk evaluation.
• Experience designing AI compliance frameworks.
• Knowledge of AI governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• 15 years of full-time education.
