Responsible AI Engineer

Overview

Assess AI systems against predefined thresholds and benchmarks for responsible, ethical and sustainable practices, and design and implement technology mitigation strategies to ensure ethical and responsible standards are achieved.

What you'll do

• Act as a subject matter expert on Responsible AI.
• Collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Be responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate training sessions to enhance team understanding of responsible AI practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies to ensure compliance with ethical standards.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in Responsible AI (must have).
• Python (must have).
• Minimum 5 years of experience is required.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Responsible AI.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Strong understanding of ethical AI frameworks and guidelines.
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies related to AI systems.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in AI.
