RevOps Analytics & BI Analyst

Overview

RevOps Analytics & BI Analyst to build the trusted reporting foundation for revenue decision-making by owning curated data layers, standardized metrics, and official dashboards.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain the curated Cortex data layer (dbt models and transformations into trusted tables).
• Design a scalable transformation architecture for future datasets and use cases.
• Define and standardize core business calculations such as ARR, pipeline, conversion rates, and forecasting.
• Create and maintain a semantic layer as the company’s single source of truth.
• Build and own official dashboards, metrics, and the reporting layer.

What you'll need

• Strong SQL and hands-on data modeling experience.
• Experience with dbt or an equivalent transformation framework.
• Proven dashboard/BI craft focused on clear, decision-driving views.
• Strong data-visualization sensibility, including graph/relationship visualization.
• Metric definition experience and ownership from raw data to models, metrics, and dashboards.
• Business-oriented ability to translate GTM/RevOps questions into data.
