RFP Production Specialist

Overview

Produce first drafts of RFPs and due diligence questionnaires for Russell Investments by working with RFP writers, drawing on the global Qvidian content database, and coordinating with subject matter experts across the firm.

What you'll do

• Produce high-quality first drafts of RFP and due diligence questionnaires (DDQ), writing and editing answers and gathering data from multiple sources (not all centralized).
• Coordinate with RFP writers and subject matter experts in all regions in which Russell Investments operates, and understand the distinctions in each.
• Develop and apply a solid understanding of investment products, asset classes, and financial markets.
• Ensure content is current, accurate, and tailored to meet the specific requirements of each RFP.
• Regularly review and enhance content to improve response quality and consistency in Qvidian.
• Manage quarterly tasks related to updating statistical data, organization charts and personnel information housed across multiple repositories for use in RFPs and sales pitch decks.
• Contribute to ad-hoc sales support tasks such as building prospect lists, research and updating sales collaterals for use by Go-To-Market teams.
• Have a high-level understanding of Russell Investments OCIO and customized portfolio solutions businesses.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Communications or Marketing.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail while meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency in Qvidian or similar RFP content database management system.
• Strong research skills using a variety of proprietary and third-party systems and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Ability to act with discretion and maintain complete confidentiality.

Nice to have

• A good working knowledge of financial markets and the investment services industry is strongly desirable.
• Experience working with a CRM or sales enablement tool (e.g. Salesforce or Seismic) is desirable.
• Experience of directly dealing with senior internal stakeholders is preferred.
• A solid understanding of investment products, asset classes, and financial markets is a plus.

• Shift: EMEA shift, 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm IST.
