Risk Analyst

Overview

Risk Analyst role focused on credit risk assessment, policy implementation, and analytics to support lending underwriting and decisioning.

What you'll do

• Analyze credit risk across merchant and personal loan products, including postpaid.
• Implement and optimize credit risk policies on a proprietary platform.
• Monitor credit risk policy performance and share improvement feedback with product and policy teams.
• Use alternative data sources and machine learning models to enhance risk evaluation.
• Run testing and scenario analysis to measure policy resilience.
• Monitor KRIs and provide actionable insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal risk policies.

What you'll need

• 1-3 years of experience, preferably in fintech or banking.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and manipulation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams.
• Education qualification: B.Tech from NIT/BITS or other reputed institutions.
