Overview

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI and LLM solutions for Software & Platform clients. Manage AI projects and teams while aligning solutions with client business objectives.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with clients to identify AI opportunities and develop aligned strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple AI projects.
• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the design, development, testing, and integration of AI solutions.
• Monitor project progress, risks, budgets, and quality standards.
• Present AI concepts, solutions, and updates to client stakeholders.
• Mentor AI professionals and promote knowledge sharing.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience managing AI projects and delivering outcomes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related quantitative field.
• Hands-on exposure to Generative AI frameworks and implementations.
• Knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Java.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
