AI & Automation Engineer

Overview

Build and deploy AI-powered, event-driven automation systems that transform manual operational processes. Partner with analytics teams, operations owners, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, reusable solutions.

What you'll do

• Assess and redesign operational processes for automation and AI opportunities.
• Design event-driven and threshold-based intelligence systems.
• Build AI-generated narrative and push communication workflows.
• Develop feedback loops for responding to AI-surfaced signals.
• Integrate LLMs with semantic data models for natural-language data access.
• Build prompt frameworks, evaluations, and guardrails for reliable AI outputs.
• Guide adoption, mentor team members, and define reusable implementation patterns.

What you'll need

• Experience designing and deploying AI-powered systems in operational workflows.
• Experience with agentic workflows, orchestration, context engineering, and production implementation.
• Strong understanding of data foundations, semantic models, and structured pipelines.
• Experience integrating AI or LLM capabilities with structured data sources.
• Ability to design systems from data signal through AI reasoning to user-facing output.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and trigger-based or real-time processing.
• Experience designing context-aware AI systems, including RAG with structured business metadata.
