HIH - Automation Engineer Lead Analyst

Overview

Lead Test (Quality Engineer) Analyst responsible for designing and implementing test automation frameworks for front-end and back-end applications, including Pega, Java/services/APIs, and cloud apps.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and implement test automation using automation tools.
• Perform and lead both manual and automation testing, including end-to-end testing.
• Work in an agile team to develop, test, and maintain Pega and Java-based business applications.
• Lead end-to-end test cycles and coordinate UAT testing.
• Define test process, including activities, deliverables, and test schedule.
• Review test deliverables/artifacts to ensure testing standards are met.
• Estimate and re-estimate projects and manage dependencies in cross-functional testing.

What you'll need

• Minimum 6-8 years of work experience in software or web testing.
• 2-3+ years of hand-on test automation experience in healthcare or PBM industry.
• Expert-level system test automation experience.
• Experience building automated test scripts using Selenium, Cucumber, Java scripting, node.js, and JSON.
• Experience with Agile development methodology.
• Expert-level end-to-end testing experience across multiple product teams.
• University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Details

• Location: Hyderabad, India.
• Full-time role working 40 hours per week.
• Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad with remote flexibility (3 days WFO and 2 days WAH).
• Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate.
