Safeguards Enforcement Analyst, Access Controls & Identity

Overview

Safeguards Enforcement Analyst on the account abuse team, building and executing enforcement workflows to keep products safe, with a focus on access controls and identity verification.

What you'll do

• Define collection policy for identity signals across enforcement states.
• Improve verification program health, including accuracy, appeal coverage, and outcome consistency.
• Own access policy for hard cases such as geographic restrictions and reseller arrangements.
• Run the operational queue for access-control cases, including authoring playbooks and QA'ing scaled review output.
• Coordinate enforcement consistency with third-party platform partners.
• Implement graduated enforcement steps including verification requests and appeal pathways.

What you'll need

• Experience in trust & safety, integrity, or risk policy work.
• Hands-on operational experience owning or quality-checking live enforcement queues.
• Subject matter expertise in at least one area including KYC, identity verification, or verification program operations.
• Experience working with evolving regulatory landscapes such as DSA and GDPR.
• Ability to leverage SQL or similar tools to measure what’s working.
• Strong written communication skills for briefs and recommendations.

Details

• Hybrid policy: expected to be in an office at least 25% of the time.
• Annual compensation range: $285,000–$330,000 USD.
• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• Visa sponsorship is available; not guaranteed for every role/candidate.
