Job description

Overview

Develop, customize, support, and enhance SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions across IAM modules. Independently handle end-to-end SailPoint IIQ development and related activities.

What you'll do

  • Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint IIQ solutions.
  • Work independently on SailPoint workflows, including Build Map, Correlation, Provisioning, and customization rules.
  • Work on QuickLinks, forms, reports, certifications, and lifecycle events for Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes.
  • Work on roles and entitlements, policies and SOD controls, tasks, and scheduled jobs.
  • Perform application onboarding using OOTB and custom connectors.
  • Develop and troubleshoot provisioning and de-provisioning solutions.
  • Support access request, certification, and governance processes.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SailPoint solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.

What you'll need

  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
  • Strong knowledge of SailPoint architecture and IAM concepts.
  • Experience with workflows, rules development, certifications, reports, QuickLinks, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), access requests, and provisioning.
  • Good understanding of Java, BeanShell, XML, and SQL.
  • Experience with Web Services, Active Directory, JDBC, and other SailPoint integrations.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude and ownership mindset.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Team player with willingness to learn and support colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with REST APIs and custom integrations.
  • Exposure to SailPoint upgrades and migrations.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Knowledge of IAM governance and compliance requirements.
