We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives, generating qualified leads, and fostering strong relationships with our clients. You will be a key player in shaping the success of our organization and contributing to our overall growth strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to reach and engage target customers
• Generate and qualify sales leads through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, and digital marketing
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
• Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and proactively manage the sales process from initial contact to closure
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute engaging content, such as case studies, white papers, and social media posts
• Provide feedback and insights to the product and marketing teams to help refine our offerings and improve customer experience
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in Sales and Lead Generation roles, preferably in a B2B environment
• Excellent Sales & Marketing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services
• Strong Sales Expertise and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close deals
• Exceptional Convincing Skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in B2B Sales and Sales and Business Development practices
