Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute a sales and business development plan to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Perform B2B sales by prospecting, cold calling, and conducting effective telemarketing activities.
Identify decision-makers, qualify leads, and maintain accurate pipeline tracking throughout the sales process.
Deliver product/service presentations and pitching that demonstrates clear value and addresses customer needs.
Use strong convincing and negotiation skills to close deals and manage objections.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handoffs, timely follow-ups, and customer satisfaction.
Participate in sales & marketing initiatives to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and brand awareness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven Sales Skills with hands-on Sales Expertise across B2B environments.
Demonstrated experience in corporate sales and sales and business development activities.
Strong sales and negotiation capability with a track record of closing opportunities.
Excellent communication and persuasive approach to convincing prospects.
Effective telemarketing and lead outreach skills, with discipline in follow-ups.
Understanding of sales & marketing principles and the ability to support demand generation efforts.
A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the confidence to handle targets and competitive campaigns.
