Sales Force Developer

Overview

Design, develop, and support enterprise Salesforce solutions focused on Agentforce, AI-driven automation, Data Cloud, and integrated business applications. Provide technical leadership, improve DevOps maturity, and mentor Salesforce team members.

What you'll do

• Design scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.
• Develop, test, deploy, and support applications using Apex, LWC, JavaScript, Node.js, and Flows.
• Architect Agentforce AI agents, topics, actions, prompts, reasoning capabilities, and orchestration workflows.
• Implement RAG architectures, enterprise integrations, APIs, and Headless Customer 360 patterns.
• Build CI/CD pipelines, automated testing strategies, deployment frameworks, and source-driven workflows.
• Resolve complex application, integration, performance, and AI-agent issues in production.
• Lead technical reviews, document architectures, and mentor developers and administrators.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise production environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer I, and Agentforce Specialist certifications.
• Advanced Apex, LWC, JavaScript, Node.js, Salesforce Flows, and declarative development skills.
• Experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, prompt engineering, LLMs, Responsible AI, and AI-agent optimization.
• Experience with Data Cloud, RAG architectures, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with SFDX, Salesforce CLI, VS Code, Git, DevOps Center, CI/CD, and automated testing.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification.
